Water regeneration project - Active coagulation system & Meters

This was my used proposal to add an Activated Sludge process to the existing Nautilus effluent sump at Tata steel to improve water quality to the sea, and to enable reuse of waste water for plant operations to significantly reduce the need for service water abstraction, which was being over abstracted by 500% of the regulations put in place by the E.A. each year.
The project eliminates certain E.A. charges and slightly reduces operating costs. But the key benefits are the environmental implications and taking a step closer to becoming a more self-sufficient plant in preparation for any future operations.
